What is haggis?

Haggis is a typical traditional Scottish dish. It is a hearty pudding made by stuffing the stomach bag of a sheep with boiled entrails such as liver, heart and lungs that have been mixed with oatmeal, salt and spices. The mixture is stuffed into the stomach bag and boiled until the oatmeal solidifies to form a thick pudding.
