Are brown eggs healthier than white eggs ?

Some users prefer brown eggs to white, or vice versa. They claim better flavour and nutrition. The only difference is in the colour of the shell itself, which is determined by the breed of hen. If hens have been fed the same type of ration, their eggs will be nutritionally equivalent, regardless of shell colour. The eggs will also have the same flavour-keeping quality, and whipping and cooking characteristics.
