How do I store yoghurt ?

When refrigerated, yoghurt can be stored for approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Yoghurt should not be left at room temperature unnecessarily. Yoghurt can be frozen, but it is advisable not to do this longer than one month. When defrosting yoghurt, do so in the refrigerator rather than at room temperature. Always look at the label for the storage instructions and the expiration date.
