Kaolin, sodium calcium aluminiumsilicate

Origin:
A fine usually white clay formed by the weathering of aluminous minerals (such as feldspar).

Function & Characteristics:
Used as anti-caking agent and carrier for aromas.

Products:
Instant coffee, milk powder, aromas. Main use, however, is in cosmetics and pharmaceutical preparations (antacid).
